Q3 2023 Xero Software Updates You Should Know About
As always, Xero has been busy making lots of updates to their software. Of particular interest are:
- Hubdoc: Hubdoc now reports configurations for multiple line items. This has been a highly requested feature for a long time. Simply click “Add last items” to populate line items with data from the last published transaction for each supplier. Easy!
- Report Updates: Xero has made several updates to reports, including:
- The global search function is now available within reports. This was not previously available and caused frustration for lots of Xero users.
- Xero has also improved how reports are exported into Excel/spreadsheets. The exported reports are much easier to read, which means less manual manipulation is required to view these reports easily.
- The Bank Reconciliation Report has been updated to the new report format and functionality has been increased so users can view more information on the same report.
- Contact Overview Page: This page has been updated to be more consistent with the new style in Xero. You can view, search and filter contacts to find information faster.
